Leads can opt in or out of text messages at any point. This affects direct (1-to-1) and action plan texts.
When a lead has opted out of texts, no text messages will be delivered to their number. A lead can opt out of receiving texts from you by texting one of these keywords:
- STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
Opted out numbers will appear in orange, like this:
Leads can opt-in to receiving text messages from you at any point by texting you one of the following keywords:
- START, YES and UNSTOP
